I really wanted to tell you ladies and gentlecolts this funny story from Tuesday on what happened and I wasn't sure if I wanted to post it or not. So here I am making a funny status update on How I almost burned down our new house we moved into 2 months ago.
So the story is that on tuesday. I decided to cook some chicken tenders and at the moment, when I was getting the frozen bag out. I was also hungry as well. So, I got them out on a plastic paper plate and I put them in the microwave ( Their were 5 pieces of frozen chicken tenders ). I accidently set the microwave for 30 minutes, instead of 3 minutes on which I usually do, but I wasn't also paying attention to what I set it for! I pressed the start button and sooner or later. The smoke from the chicken tenders came into view. I didn't notice the smoke at first, but the good thing is that my older brother was at home at time and as so as my dad. When I first smelled the smoke. My first thought was "Is someone cooking tuna?". A few seconds later, my brother knocks on the door to get me out of my bedroom and when I walked out of my room. Their is already smoke in the air in the living room, but it was visible to see through though. The kitchen was the worst part, because their was a lot of smoke that you can barely see through it. I did see my dad in the kitchen, getting the burnt, charcoaled chicken tenders out of the microwave and into the trash. We had to open doors and windows to get the smoke out of the house. I could still smell the smoke until the morning it disappeared. My dad did tell me not to do it again and which I followed through with. The good thing is that the house didn't catch fire and turned to ashes or we would've gone to live somewhere else. Heck, if that did happen. We would've lived with Santa Claus in the North Pole or We could make 100,000 of Frosty the Snowman to put out the fire to safe the house!
