Um, does Monopoly count?

Sorry for the necroposting, but I just want to put my own ideas here (especially with all the RariJack fuel, this might be somewhat relevant).

Depends on whether we're talking EG or FiM. Different characters. I'd say:

FiM:

Twilight: Straight. Shows no romantic reaction with any mares in the show. Flash Sentry (unfortunately) exists, so she's straight.

Fluttershy: Straight. For a shy pony, she never really shows any romantic interest except (in my unbiased opinion) in Discord. I swear they're more than friends, especially if you read the comics.

Applejack: Lesbian. No romantic interest in any stallions. Based on interactions with the mane 6, I'm guessing lesbian.

Rainbow Dash: Lesbian. Not only does she have a rainbow mane (not that it matters or was taken into account, but COME ON), but, as with Applejack, her interactions lead me to believe she's a lesbian.

Rarity: Straight. DAMN is she straight in FiM. Not just because she's easily the most feminine, but her flirtatious obsession with some stallions in FiM has become a staple for her character.

Pinkie Pie: Straight. CheesePie. I know it was only one episode, but the concept of them being lovers is adorable, so she's straight.

EG:

Oh, how the tables turn.

Twilight: Still straight. Timber Spruce...

Fluttershy: Lesbian. Plenty of FlutterDash fuel, so lesbian...

Applejack: Lesbian. Still the same. RoF exists.

Rainbow Dash: Lesbian. FlutterDash.

Rarity: Bisexual. OBVIOUSLY, the bi mood is too extreme.

Pinkie Pie: Lesbian. Not many SunPie shippers, but then there's me...

Sunset Shimmer: Actually confirmed bisexual in Twitter (as is Sombra, who knew?)

It depends on the word/context.

For example, if the word if "hell" I'd just brush it off. But words like "f**k" and "s**t" would, as @cmarston1 feel really weird. And, let's all keep in mind that parents trust shows like MLP to be safe, harmless, fun, and educational in a moral sense. 

I don't really see swearing to teach good morals. Even though I barely mind it unless its used to target someone/something, this is MLP, which didn't even start out with a tween demographic.

Conflicted here. I do think flash animation will die out eventually, just not as quickly as "in the next year". Maybe 10 years? until it becomes as rare as a Disney/Dreamworks animated film in traditional 2D. 

This is going to sound really ridiculous, but "All I Want For Christmas is You". And no, not because it reminds me of a time someone broke up with me... it really is too happy it's sad for me. 

@Fhaolan My point in bringing that up is that there are countless ideas to explore with this universe. Even with some taken by fans, there are STILL many ideas I'm sure the staff could come up with. 

And your streaming/binge watching argument doesn't make much sense to me. Season 7 drew in 0.25 million viewers with Celestial Advice. Add that to the toy sales and it's clear MLP still has enough appeal to make good money for Hasbro.

Rainbow Dash, only because she was the one that made them get their cutie marks, so it just makes the most sense logically.

Did it just reach a logical conclusion for the staff, were they getting tired of it, was it lack of support? (I highly doubt the last one). A question that's been bugging me is: why only nine seasons?

Now this is in no means me trying to bash on the staff or Hasbro executives for their decision, I just personally wish FiM had continued for a bit longer. There's so much lore built around it  for what essentially started as a colorful pony commercial, and the effort found within each episode shows to me that there was no lack in interest, so... why?

Why is FiM in the process of ending? It has support, it has the staff/budget (I'm sure), and I feel like there's so much more that could be explored with it.

Even when season 9 ends, I'm sure there will be countless of fans disappointed that we didn't get an episode on (insert highly requested plot to be shown in FiM here). So, with all these untouched ideas... why end now? 

@A.V. Strong doubt it will, just have a feeling MLP's in good hands. 

Or maybe I'm just too optimistic. 

Considering a bunch (if not practically all) of current fans will probably tune in to at least the first episode, if it's good/intriguing enough, then I'm sure it will grant a pretty huge fanbase, especially considering how good Hasbro is with toy sales.

I haven't seen an ounce of season 9 yet, but that just seems stupid. We've gotten some heart warming, funny, genuine moments out of the new seasons, and that shows to me the new staff are trying. It's the effort that counts, and through my eyes, the staff are giving FiM just the right amount of attention it deserves. 

I sleep with a Rarity plushie sometimes, other times I just keep her on my desk. 

Why? I love MLP and I'm not afraid to show it. 

My first guess says on of the CMCs or RD said it.
