    Well then, after just recovering from my cold I get treated like shit my my friends (excuse my language for anyone who's sensitive with that). I'm really not trying to throw a pity party here, I just sort of need something for this day I've experienced. I don't believe I've ever felt this depressed. I won't go into detail because I'm sure nobody would want to here it. I just sort of want to explain my inactivity on Forums as vaguely as I can manage.

    Well, I'd probably move on eventually, as there are many other great shows out there, but it would be a pretty dumb decision if Hasbro did that. I'd say MLP's safe for awhile.

    Well, I believe it just depends on what the staff are trying to do with an episode: tell a great moral or an emotionally driven story or just have a fun, comedic ep.? Obviously some morals will be greater than others and some morals just won't click with you. For example, although I enjoyed "Sisterhooves Social", I can't really understand or appreciate the moral because I've never had any siblings, yet I love "Flight to the Finish" for how it addressses bullying and disabilities, two issues I struggle with. It all depends on how you look at it.

    (SPOILERS FOR MAGICAL MYSTERY CURE)Twilight is best Princess- A Character Study

    From the very start of the show, Twilight has always stood out to me. It's not because she's the main focus of the show, or even her mental and psychical development. Twilight stood out to me because she was a nerd. Now, this really mattered to me, not only because I could easily identify with her, but also because I barely ever see a nerd being the main character of a show, unless the show's main goal was to educate or all of the character were supposed to have the nerd archetype. Usually, I saw the "nerd" character as a supporting lead, so seeing Twilight be a book nerd and a strong leader really stood out to me.

    Now, let's move on to what I really want to address in this character study, why Twilight is best Princess. Now don't get me wrong, I love all the Princesses to an extent, but Twilight is the best one in my eyes, and here are three reasons why. 

    1.) A big chunk of Twilight's character is her friends. Celly and Luna support each other, sure. Cadance and Shining Armor appear together a lot, also true. But Twilight's reason of becoming an alicorn was because she needed to help her friends, and through that devotion and care for her five besties, it makes every triumph Twilight succeeds in even more well earned. It is an understatement to say Twilight would be nowhere without her friends. Equestria would be nowhere without Twilight and her friends. (As seen in the season 5 finale).

    2.) Twilight's care can get the best of her. Now let's move on to one of Twilight's greatest strength  and flaw, her care for her friends. On the one side, Twilight's care just shows how much she'll do for her friends, and to what lengths she'll go. On the other, Twilight's need to protect her friends allows her to be subject to one of the flaws of Applejack, she doesn't accept help. This trait was very evident in Twilight for a while, until is was finally addressed directly in the Season 8 finale. Even though this is a flaw, it just goes to show how much she loves her friends. 

    3.) Twilight's extremely relatable. This reason kind of mixes two reasons to love Twilight: her adorableness and relatability. First off, Twilight is adorable. From her wide range of expressions that could easily match Pinkie Pie to how she cracks under pressure, Twilight's reactions to certain events are just a joy to watch. Secondly, Twilight is just so relatable to me. Her geek outs are hilarious to watch and just fill her with so much character. She easily avoids your typical Mary Sue protagonist. 

    And that's my character study on Twilight! Next will be Apple Horse!

    I'm really indifferent, don't care if they do, don't care if they don't. Do I want another theatrical MLP movie? Yes. But in terms of a sequel, I don't really want one, as I don't really know how a sequel (I'm thinking you're defining it as a carryover from the first) would work. The only thing I want from the first MLP film is an extended cut.

    Best Aspects Season One: Getting us adjusted to the show and characters. Season Two: Developing the world of Equestria and having the two of best two parters to date. Season Three: Having a lot of great episodes, even for a short season. Season Four: The animation improvement and having a season long arc. Season Five: Have the best character development, least painful filler episodes, and also two great two parters. Season Six: Really fleshing out the side characters. Season Seven: Diving into some deep lore and having some beautifully written episodes! (You know which ones I'm talking about...) Season Eight: Making the Young Six likable/believable as children. Worst Aspects(Just for fun.) Season One: Arguably being the most boring season and having LOADS of filler. Season Two: Having some of the worst written/executed episodes. Season Three: Being short and its rushed finale. Season Four: Really not showing Pinkie in the best light until "Pinkie Pride" and having some of the worst morals of the show. Season Five: I felt this season as being more of an homage to the longtime fans instead of addressing its littler fanbase. Season Six: The two parters being the worst and Rarity's just kind of being shoved in as a side character a lot. Season Seven: The season long arc didn't feel as successful as Season Four. Season Eight: The obvious "buy our toys" vibes.

    I have a new favorite show!

    MLP: FiM used to be my favorite show, and even though I've often gone back and forth on what my favorite TV show is a lot, I now have decided what my new favorite show is, and am pretty certain this won't change anytime soon. However, to make this more fun, I want to give you all a couple of possibilities of to what my new favorite show is. Note that I love all the following shows.

    • Gravity Falls
    • The Office
    • Sailor Moon
    • Miraculous Ladybug
    • The Powerpuff Girls

      @imawesome Hmm....I'm not very familiar with the characters from RWBY, but I'm gonna go out on a limb and say the blonde girl? (I forgot her name. :laugh:) My boyfriend @Cyclone knows more about RWBY then me.

      @Cyclone Well, personally, my favorite is Blake. Partially because I love cats and partially because I love how layered she is with Adam and everything. I don't understand why she's getting some hate now, though.
