I'm getting tired of dealing with my stomach. All I had to eat today was a fairly small bowl of crackers with spinach dip, a slice of pound cake, and a single piece of chocolate, yet over nine hours later I still can't fall asleep because of the pain, even after taking 6mg of melatonin two hours ago. I deliberately didn't eat after 4 today so I could fall asleep at a reasonable time and not wake up at 3pm on Christmas, and it didn't make a difference. I literally starved myself and my stomach still feels like I had a giant bowl of ice cream an hour ago. Shit like this is why I hate waking up in the morning.
