Early Sunsets

I may be exhausted but holy shit alumni night was great. I forgot how much I loved high school marching band. Playing as loud as I could for hours on end was so much fun, and getting to see a bunch of people I haven't been around in a really long time was amazing. I don't know what it is about my old band friends, but it's like my social barriers suddenly drop and my anxiety disappears when I'm around them, and I can act like a fool without worrying about any of the other people around me. It's weird how I've never formed a bond like that with anyone else, and I probably never will.
