Early Sunsets

Got Rarity's bodysuit all sewn up, and it's a really nice snug fit. Although, having the zipper in the front makes it quite difficult to get in and out of because of the shoulders and how tightly it fits. I'd have put it in the back if I could, but I doubt I'll ever go to a convention with someone else, so it needs to be possible for me to put on and take off by myself.

I'm really happy with how the hidden zipper turned out. I found a method online that I'd never tried before, and it worked really well. I'm happy about that since hiding zippers and seams in white fur is so difficult. Now I just have to finish up the foam for the arms and legs, solder the fans for the arms, make the swappable indoor / outdoor hooves, and yank the fur from the seams. Wow, I just realized how close Rarity is to being finished  She might even be done by the end of the week.

Speaking of pulling fur from seams, I've broken three combs doing that so far. The last one I tried had metal teeth which didn't get damaged nearly as badly as plastic ones, but I ended up snapping the handle off after only twenty minutes of use So that was a waste of $10. It's still possible to use as-is, just a bit uncomfortable.
