    I finally found a sleep aid that can reliably put me to sleep, and it's literally just 12mg of straight melatonin. It also has a strong aftertaste, but whatever. At least I don't lie in bed awake for hours anymore.

      It was alright. It can still be hard to fall asleep with it sometimes, but it normally doesn't take as long anymore.
