  1. Here is my theory about Elements of Justice, after watching the latest episode:

    Spoiler

After the death of Sugar Stamp's husband, Royal Order became increasingly involved with her, first he just wanted to cheer her up, but later he fell in love with her, that's why he was in Canterlot for extended periods of time. Then he got the idea of cloning himself to be able to be with both Fair Devotion and Sugar Stamp. But somehow they found out about that, and at least one of them wanted to keep him from doing it. I'm not sure what exactly happened in the forest, but I suppose Fair Devotion is somehow responsible for killing Royal Order, and Sugar Stamp confessed to it to protect her. As for Sweetie Belle, she probably followed Scootaloo and Turning Page to see what they were going to do about the blackmailing, and got "caught in the crossfire".

Edit: Now when I think of it, Sugar Stamp could also try to protect Sweetie Belle, since she likes children so much and gives them candy...

      That's a good theory. :sunbutt:

Hard to say at this point. Turnabout Storm was so on-brand for MLP. They talked about murder, but it never actually happened. And now, with Elements of Justice and how the first case ended, there is almost no telling where they'll go next. I almost don't like that these heavier themes are happening in Equestria, just doesn't seem to fit; but I like mystery solving stories like these so much that it's hard to turn away.

@Samurai Equine I can agree with that. I liked Turnabout Storm more, and in Elements of Justice the characters sometimes don't act as they should. But it's still very good, and I'm excited to see how this case turns out.
