  1. In the two-part episode, The Cutie Re-mark, there were multiple timelines where Equestria is a dystopia or destroyed with and villains up to that episode who either won or we're winning in taking over or destroying Equestria. The Question I have here is what happened to the Crystal mirror in each timeline? And what happened to the Human world in each timeline? It's undoubtable that they would have the mirror in their possession. To start off firstly, this meme should illustrate how these villains would see or react to the existence of the Human World: Knowing how egotistic, vain and ambitious these villains on the Equestrian side of the mirror are, they will take any opportunity to invade the Equestria girls world if it presents itself. They will severely underestimate humanity. They will see them as being defenseless and weak as they have no magic to defend themselves from the invasion. They will go down there and raise heck for the humans. I'm pretty ure that they might have invaded or we're planning to invade the Human world. Thing is, even if they have the mirror they would recognize the the problems the mirror has. Which is removing their magic power as well as being too small. It's ok, they'll have all the time and patience they need to plan their conquest as well as reverse engineer and build larger and better portals to that world.. one big enough to send armies through and won't strip them of magic. I'm pretty sure that King Sombra in one of the alternate timelines in The Cutie Re-Mark likely already has the mirror in his possession and was probably planning to or considering invading the human world. He'd have to also build larger portals for his armies to march through and eliminate the magic problem that the mirror has. The crystal empire would in any of those timelines, be invaded and conquered eventually, and these villains would eventually have the mirror in their possession. And they will plan to invade the world on the other side. Even the storm king would have eventually conquered the crystal empire as well and would have also acquired the mirror. Like the rest, he would also plan his invasion and conquest against the Humans. With that, how successful would they be at conquering the Human world? Either on their own or working together? How would far each villain reach until the humans put up resistance and actually pushes them back? Which ones could actually succeed? Imagine their armies descending upon Canterlot City and immediately proceeding to burn and loot the city as well enslaving and forcibly pressing the human population into their armies against their wil. These villains would surely take extreme pleasure in killing or enslaving the human counterparts of celestia and luna who have no magic to deefend themselves. another question is who would react first? The Military or The Human mane 7? What would be the repercussions of such an event look like?
  2. I think Timberwolves could be defeated by burning them. They are made of wood after all. Also I was talking about mixing timber-wolf traits into the Monster House as the Girl possessing and controlling the House would have timberwolf aspects mixed with her personality and desire to save and defend the house. Having been distorted and warped by the magic's influence. making her beastlike and feral n nature. Essentially putting the "Monster" in "Monster House".
  3. The movie already explained it. Find the heart and put out the fire or destroy the heart entirely. DJ threw a bundle of dynamite down it's chimney, and defeated the house by blowing it up. Though I have to wonder if such a special would be considered too dark for it's target demographic. I mean that movie is really dark and scary despite being a children's movie. I could see it having the CMC or some other minor EqG characters. mane 7 getting dragged intot his in the later part of the story. it's meant to stay in the realm of fanfiction. However, there were some early designs on what it would look like: I personally hate this design
  4. Anyone here remember or heard of that 2006 Animated Horror Film? Yes the one involving a house that eats people? There was also \a bit of lore in the film. Supposedly the House was one instance of a rare creature that only manifests under certain conditions. A structural Golem. Latin term, Domus Mactibilis. Here's some of the lore: A Domus Mactibilis lives from an inner fire, fueled by life it consumes. Blood and flesh fuel it's venomous flame. The more it eats, the more powerful it gets - Until it's very existence is a threat to all life on earth. In all known cases of structural possession, the monster was only put to rest by snuffing the fire within it's heart. It's possible for a man's spirit to take on a life of it's own and seek out vengeance. When that spirit seeks the shelter of the dead man's home, it creates a rare blend of ghost and monster, called a structural golem. A structaul golem will stop at nothing to consume the source of it's frustration. The heart of a structural golem contains the flame of vengeance. It is this flame the monster must feed, for when that fire dies, so will the creature. Indeed, blood and flesh fuel it's venomous flame, so that it's very existence is a threat to all life on earth. There is the story, for instance, of Pretorius the second, a vengeful and tyrannical king, who spent his whole life fortifying his castle. Pretorius was literally killed by his aspiration for perfect shelter when crushed by a load of bricks. The king's soul merged with the stone and wood, bringing the castle to life. Cows, horses, servants, and unlucky visitors were eaten alive. Weapons were useless against the monster. Finally, a group of villagers were able to subdue the stone beast with intoxicants and infiltrate it's walls, where they used water to extinguish the flame inside it's heart. To make things short, It's Haunted house, but worse. . . What I'm saying here that im not going for a crossover but rather a story that follows similar beats to the film. The only crossover aspect being the existence of Domus Mactibili in the equestrian world. and on in the human world, the Design of the house looks like this.: This story is set in the Equestria Girls Human World and is more closer to the plot of the film. The difference being the origins and backstory of the house. said origins being "legend of Everfree" all over again but taken up a notch. with said girl becomes what she sought to protect and save, The Scenario being that a girl is trying to protect and save her family's home. Having been built more than a century ago by her Grandparents and has been the traditional house of each generation. It faces condemnation and demolition. Much like Gloriosa she would too have a desire to protect and save something that's dear to her family and said desire becomes an obsession up until her exposure to equestrian magic. The magic that she is exposed to is unfortunately Timberwolf based. It also allows her to merge with the wood, bricks and mortar of the House bringing it to life. Taking the place of Constance. Something like this: But it's a building: At least she doesn't dire from getting buried in a thick layer of wet concrete. As there is no Nebbercracker or Constance in ths story, the basement is a lot less cluttered with mounds of toys and a water tank sits where Constance's grave should be, She would attack or Eat anyone that dare sets foot on the plot it stands on after no more than 10 seconds. On some nights, her apparition would be seen in either two windows or whenever it roars. it's clear that the magic that allowed her to possess the house is based around the Timberwolves. That being the window/eyes glow green and green light seems to emanate from inside the house whenever it's active. This can be used to explain why the house could take control of the dead trees on it's plot: Over the course of a month, the Timberwolf magic would eventually turn her feral as well as having the ability to regenerate/reassemble, but at the cost of gradually making her feraland monstrous. The victims/eyewitnesses of the House's attacks go as follows two police officers. Landlord a cross-eyed mail carrier Snips and Snails the Diamond Boys. Cutie Mark Crusaders,
  5. Or How Equestria Girls segued into Friendship is Magic?
  6. Here's my lore for it: Laputa in this crossover was founded by a group of ponies who had broken away from the three tribes during their search for a new land after their expulsion from their original land. Where the main tribes settled in to what would be known as Equestria following the unification of the three tribes, The breakaway group landed in a completely different part of the world and encountered an exceedingly rare magical element, Aetherium (Volucite in the original Japanese version). They would base their magic around the properties of this crystalline element Developing independently and completely separate from Equestria's magic as well as making some breakthrough and inventions such as metallic Alicorn-like golems. It was magic of a Higher form and degree than Equestria. Utilizing the antigravity nature of Aetherium, these ponies would go on to the build a floating city. And thus, the Kingdom of Laputa was formed. For several years, the Kingdom enjoyed an Era of Peace, but that came to an end when a tyrannical king usurped the throne. He militarized the golems and developed a superweapon capable of wiping out an completely destroying a large area of land, known as the Thunder of Laputa. Essentially converting the flying island into a formidable floating Fortress. a Giant floating weapons platform and among one of the most overpowered relics of Equestrian History. Not even Dragons could break it's defenses. The Laputians who once intended to use and share their magic for the betterment of Ponykind, now used their magic to bring about great harm and suffering to those on the ground. Making them among major powers that once dominated the planet. Weaponizing the very crystal that game them their civilization. Eventually, Laputa began to threaten and terrorize the fledgling Equestria and on several Occasions destroyed and layed waste to several Equestrian settlements and cities with their armies of flying golems and the main superweapon. All in an attempt to subjugate Equestria as the Laputian ponies have grown extremely vain and egotistical, Seeing themselves as gods, and everypony on the ground, their subordinates. They often demanded Tribute from those on the ground and most of the time, they failed and got blasted into oblivion by the Thunder of Laputa or torn to shreds by legions of the city's Flying golems. The First Victim was a rather large and prosperous Earth Pony Town the second was a Well known Unicorn City and the last one was a thriving Pegasi City. As Laputa's Magic had evolved separately and independently from Equestria. Laputian magic was so different, alien and Incompatible to Equestrian magic, any direct attempts to destroy or invade Laputa were largely futile and unsuccessful. Pegasi forces being unable to get close enough to Laputa without being sliced to pieces by their flying Golems or being zapped by the city's shield barrier like mosquitoes to an electric lamp. Eventually, Wizards from the Unicorns and Pegasi banded together to stop the Laputian Threat. Led by Starswirl the Bearded, They conjured a great and powerful neverending storm around Laputa. Imprisoning the island and leaving the Laputian ponies in a bind until they perished from starvation, Infighting and the hostile nature of the storm. Some tried to escape by flying directly through the storm, but failed as dragons made of lightning would attack and kill them. Only a few managed to escape. and are believed to have taken with them an Aetherium Necklace. Their only link to their lost city. With Laputa fully abandoned. The City is reclaimed by nature and over time becomes an overgrown ruin. The Great Tree, once cared for by the Laputian Earth ponies, grew to a tremendous size. spreading it's canopy over the garden walls. Over the course of a thousand years, Laputa's structure began to deteriorate. Both from exposure to the elements and the Tree's roots pushing deeper into the entire structure. The lower level of the city had crumbled away, exposing the black dome within and resulting in one side of the castle completely eroding. Exposing what would otherwise be underground chambers and corridors. The only occupants left in the city are the Metal Golems. They either lay dormant, waiting to be reawakened or spend their entire existence, caring for the garden. In the aftermath of Laputa's imprisonment, Princess Celestia and Luna ordered that any record or trace of Laputa's existence be destroyed and erased. The memory of Laputa fading into legend, and finally into myth (or a story to scare naughty fillies and foals) and for a good reason. To ensure that Nopony would ever venture up there and get their hooves on the Castle's weaponry and use them for malicious intent. For it will bring great harm and unhappiness to the Ponies of Equestria and the entire planet. Even in the present day, The City's magic still supersedes modern Equestrian Magic, but it's Great Magic is Equal, compared with the Power of Friendship and Harmony. The neverending storm that Imprisons the floating city became known in later years as the "Dragon's Nest" due to the presences of lightning dragons within the stormcloud. Sometimes could even be seen arcing around the outside of the stormcloud. Unaware that said dragons are actually guarding the Imprisoned Laputa within. However the Dragon's nest that surrounds Laputa had begun to weaken in recent times, leading to ponies (or fearless or dared pegasi) catching rare glimpses of the Castle concealed and entombed within. Their sightings are often dismissed as optical illusions, the tops of mountains inside of a thunderstorm or unusual cloud formations and shapes. One even claimed to have landed onto the lost city and kept a journal of his exploration of the abandoned floating ruin. He was called a liar and was ridiculed for making all of what he has seen up. Legend Has it that the supposed Aetherium Necklace only works on those with the blood of the former Laputian Royalty and once it's returned to the long lost city, it will free the city from it's stormy prison and will awaken from it's dormant state and comeback to life.
  7. I don't care if EqG is discontinued. such a scenario would have happened anyways and would possibly be an inevitability.
  8. Ones Wherein the Dam eventually bursts and the sluice gates open. As in Equestria's Magic no longer seeps into the Human world of EqG but rather flows freely into the Human world. Inundating that world and resulting in Humanity, now with the powers and abilities of the pony world counterparts, bringing about the destruction and collapse of their own species and civilization I know that "Oversaturation" and "A magical turn of events" depict the scenario of magic from Equestria flooding into the Human world, though I've never seen one where it portrays Magic leading to the the Collapse of Human Society and Industrial Civilization, as well as leading into Humans going extinct en masse leaving pockets of survivors across the world. That any also a magical World War being fought in the Human world that leads to said collapse and extinction of Mankind.
  9. I'm referring to peole who actually believe this theory and hedcanon I'm entertaining to.
  10. Prepare yourselves for the almighty Wall of Text... If that really was the case, then Generation 4/FiM would have gone down the Adventure Time path. Like how Adventure Time was originally not going to be post apocalyptic but the creators went with that notion after the episode "Business Time" since they thought it made the world of the show look post apocalyptic. When I mean going down the Adventure Time route, it also extends to the condition of pre war ruins, relics and even dead bodies. Still recognizable and even in surprisingly good shape after thousands of years. There was even an episode where Finn and Jake restore a pre-war Truck that was 1000 years old back into working order. Even the skeletons of dead humans from the pre-war years are completely intact and haven't disintegrated into dust. In some cases, their clothing is still intact as well. As with the land of Ooo, relics of Human civilization would have been littered across Equestria and beyond. Things such as bits of ruined human infrastructure poking out of the ground or in forests and jungles. Or even deep beneath the sea. Some ponies in certain areas would even be using carts and wagons fashioned from the hulks and shells of ancient automobiles (ex: a wagon fashioned from the shell of Human Flash Sentry's car). The apocalypse that wiped out Humanity as well as the the age of the ruins of their civilization would predate the existence of Grogar. by thousands of years. And who knows, Grogar might have something to do with the destruction of the Human race. Much Like Adventure Time's Lich. He'd likely be re-written as the pony equivalent to the lich had they gone with the "EqG happened before FiM" decision The Likely cause would be that the magic leaking into the Human "World" eventually flowed freely into the Human world after the interdimensional sluice gates opened. resulting in the human counterparts gaining the powers of their equestrian counterparts and equestrian flora and fauna invading the ecosystems of the Human world and drastically altering them. When that Happens, It will destroy everything and everyone. Humanity is unprepared and unworthy to handle Equestria's magic as it inundates and floods their world in great quantities of Biblical proportions. When every Human in that world gets the powers of their equestrian counterparts, they would likely abuse their abilities to high heaven. That's the general theme of EqG antagonists and villains. Using magic or magical items from Equestria and abusing it for their own gain. And worse. Imagine the Human counterparts of Villains from Equestria getting the powers and abilities of their equestrian counterparts. Like a Human Chrysalis gaining the power to Shapeshift, a Human storm king gaining an object similar to the Staff of Sakanas as well as his magic draining powers and ability to calcify (Turn to stone) his victims, Human Sombra gaining his dark magic and ability to mind control vast amounts of people en masse, Human Tirek gaining his magic stealing powers of his counterpart, and finally, Human Grogar gaining his goat counterpart's ability to create monsters. This also extends to characters who's equestrian counterparts have villainous corrupted forms. Like Principal Celestia and Vice Principal Luna gaining the powers to move the sun and moon as well as the risk of them transforming into Nightmare Moon or Daybreaker. one capable of Burning the world and the other capable of freezing the World in eternal night. All of this just contributing to the annihilation of the human world and the Human race as it spirals down into an inescapable swirling mass of chaos and devastation. .As Humans have a history of wars and violence in comparison of the otherwise peaceful equestrians, an apocalyptic world war erupts that involves magic and nukes. or even Nukes imbued with magic (Megaspells?). Something like the Equestria Girls equivalent of the Great Mushroom War. It will be unlike any human conflict throughout history and would even supersede World War 2 as the most destructive conflict in Human History by the Tons. And When I mean Bad, I mean bad to the levels of the Seven Days of Fire from the Nausicaa Manga/Anime. This at first, brings about the collapse of industrial civilization due to the convenience of magic in people's lives and later on, the extinction of Humanity as the remaining survivors are killed by the hostile flora and fauna of the now magical Earth. Long story short: Just imagine a region in Equestria that used to be Human world Canterlot in EqG. Like an entire Kingdom built among it's ruins. Just imagine seeing some buildings or landmarks recognizable from the EqG spinoff. Some of them being re-purposed as buildings or part of a building in a town or village in the Kingdom. The centerpiece of these ruins being Canterlot High. Being used or even modified into a "Castle" by it's pony occupants. The Ruins of Crystal Prep would modified to be more like a fort or citadel for the kingdom's army and military. The Metropolitan section of Canterlot city that was seen in the "Super Squad Goals" would be these nearly unrecognizable ruins being a literal concrete jungle. The ruined skyscrapers becoming these huge overgrown canyons towering from a distance. Another town would be set up amidst the ruins of the Film Studio seen in "Movie Magic: Another place for one of these towns or villages would be a pony settlement built among the ruins of the Equestria Land Theme park from "Rollercoaster of Friendship". The only recognizable structure being it's Ferris Wheel. Having been converted into a Windmill. Only Twilight Sparkle and Starlight Glimmer would be able recognize ruins of such structures as Canterlot High as well as the other ruins of locations they've both been to during their time in the Human World. To everyone else, they don't even know the origin or what the true nature of these structures are. I could definitely see a "planet of the apes" moment with Twilight. And to top it all off, Imagine Twilight coming across the ruins of what was once Sunset Shimmer's Flat and finding her journal in the ruins and getting emotional upon discovering it. And I have a second question. How would Equestria react and respond to watching their Magic flowing freely into the Human world and wreaking havoc in that world as well as threatening to destroy and wipe out the human race and civilization as their human counterparts would gain their magic and leading to an apocalyptic magic war occurring as it dawns upon the ponies and to some extent, Starswirl, that the Humans are a violent species with a history of wars and conflicts and that they're not worthy to use Equestria's magic due to their cruel, violent, and selfish nature. That and also the possibility of the human counterparts of villains in the show gaining the powers of their counterparts and helping in flushing humanity and their industrial civilization down the pipes.
  11. As in Each of the following. . . - Joe Hisaishi - Hans Zimmer - John Williams - Vangellis - Micheal Giacchino - Koji Kondo - Ennio Morricone - Mahito Yokota - Howard Shore - James Newton Howard - Danny Elfman - Akira Miyagawa - Thomas Newman
  12. I don't know if anyone has made this conclusion but, I believe that most of the events in the EqG spin-off is occurring in 2013/4 with sunset's arrival possibly occurring in 2010, the same year that FiM aired for the first time. So all the shorts, specials and movies are all occurring in 2013 and 2014 not in real time.
  13. I can also imagine that some of these bloggers disappearing and never being heard from again as they end up either getting captured or killed by the ships they were coming after. Another thing of note, if two ghost ships were to attack each other, they are unable to damage or sink one another.
  14. What if equestrian magic was capable of spawning a ghost ship or two in the Human world: These are either hulks raised from the seabed by equestrian magic or ships cursed and doomed to forever wander the seas aimlessly for eternity. Attacking any ship or coastal city/town that crosses it's path, The following characteristics that these ghost ships would share would be the following: - All are pirate ships as their greed brought them to this fate. - All are ships from the age of sail. - All are invisible to radar. - All are supernaturally fast and nigh uncatchable. - These ships tend to surround themselves with either fog or stormclouds.
  15. Whether they be sailing under a curse, rogue magic ships built from materials with magical properties, or wrecks that have been raised from the depths of the sea, their crews ressurected via naturally occurring necromancy, how do you think ghost ships could fit into the pony world? Especially when this kind of imagery is evoked:
  16. Take any Screenshot from EqG with characters that have an expression of shock, surprise, anger, or fear or just them screaming or shouting and edit or redraw that scene so that their expressions resemble the facial expressions seen in the "One Piece" manga: http://imgur.com/a/DWZis
  17. that would still result in civilization as we know it collapsing or being fundamentally altered.
  18. it's that kind of stuff that is usually left to the fans, even after this generation ends. there is still plenty of room for fans to fill in the gaps
  19. Looking back, especially at the current time that this is the final season, I feel the oceans of the pony world haven't received as much attention as the lands of the pony world. I mean, both the series and comics could have further fleshed out the oceans of the world created for G4. Added new islands, diversified the ocean floor with different regions and terrain. Have things like underwater ruins or even shipwrecks. I know sequestria exists but they could have also added kingdoms and other powers int he sea. both on the surface and below it. They could have written in the existence a pirate nation state similar to how pirates in real life formed a lose pirate republic in nassau or similar to the legendary pirate utopia of Libertalia, which is was allegedly located in Madagascar. as for mythical creatures, would have been cool if Umibozu existed in the pony world. Japanese folklore could have been another outlet for importing mythical creatures into the pony world: They could have even inserted influences from ocean mythologies of other cultures across the world. things like sea monsters and underwater locations from other cultures too. They could even include ghost ships and even a villain who captains a ghost ship. i mean there are examples of fully fleshed out marine fantasy settings they could have looked into for inspiration: Pirates of the Caribbean movies, One Piece, Wind Waker/Phantom hourglass, and a more recent video game example, Sea of Thieves.
  20. so something like a huge magic war followed by a societal collapse of sorts on the human side?
  21. A humanoid shape is more relatable than an equine one. And i only liked it for it's urban fantasy concepts not the highschool setting
  22. I divide this into two categories: Present Day (exist in present day eqg setting) or Historical (exist as historical figures in the EqG world). In the Historical category. they could either be deceased or still alive through equestrian magic. Present day: - Fishermen - Owner and staff of a Seafood and chicken restaurant - Marine Salvage crew - Online pirates Historical:- Actual Pirates from the age of sail. - WW1/WW2 freelance mercenaries. Fly an airship much like their equestrian counterparts.\- 1920s/1930s Tramp Steamer crew.- Prohibition era smugglers.
  23. What would happen to the human world if instead of Equestrian artifacts and magic "leaking" into the world, It flowed into the world in huge and sudden torrents? Or just straight up merged with equestria? Wherein flora and fauna from Equestria invade the human world uncontrollably, Artifacts are scattered everywhere, Equestria's essence is everywhere and EVERY human is given the magic powers of their equestrian counterparts. How would human civilization and society in EqG react and adapt to the sudden change? Would they adapt to the changes well or would everything just collapse into pure anarchy? I dont even know if such an event would even be classified as an "apocalypse" at all.
  24. This is more in the realm of writing fics but, I wonder if the "Cursed Mariner" Archetype could exist in EG? Like a Human Sea Captain from an earlier time period (pirate, merchant, naval, etc) coming across some equestrian magic or artifact and then like all the other antagonists of EG, Misusing said magic for their personal gain, resulting in them being twisted in both mind and body. The Effects of the artifact/magic would also extend onto the Crew and the Ship as well. Transforming them like their captain. The Ship being altered by said magic and artifact and exhibiting magical properties. This kind of archetype can be interpreted in many ways. And this would lead to local legends of Ghost ships over the years in Canterlot's Maritime History. Some could be villains (especially if they are pirates or vengeful in nature) and some could be more tragic characters. One basis for a story would be something where Sunset catches sight of one such "Ghost ship" (especially on camera). Said "Ghost ship" attaching it's presence onto sunset and would only be seen by her. Usually floating above the ground (those who cant see it are overcome by the overwhelming stench of whale carcass). It's captain also being only seen by her, and more frequently. This keeps happening for a couple of weeks before the rest of her friends eventually are able to see the ship and it's captain and crew and are able to confront them. The "Captain" turns out to be the Captain's Daughter, who had been "Cursed" by an equestrian artifact that was discovered and gifted to her by her father. After a Storm destroyed the ship, the artifact actually "saved" them but at the cost of becoming "Echoes" of their former selves. being forced to wander the sea forever until they come across the right person to undo the curse. All the while being pursued and tormented by either an astral sea monster or the vengeful echo of a pirate captain, who previously owned said equestrian artifact. However It doesn't always involve ghost ships and it could also be an encounter with them on an island or in some alternate version of "Spring breakdown". Like something where the Girls come across Human World versions of Captain Celaeno and her Crew, having been turned immortal by an equestrian artifact or magic. Another way this could play out would be something where a ship and crew end up in a time loop generated by equestrian magic or artifact and could be doomed to follow the same route of tragedy.their ship being destroyed at the end of each loop. however, time flows normally outside the bubble the loop is occurring in an people outside mistake it for a ghost ship
