      Just halo 3s engine ported to pc, the masterchief collection is going to use unreal engine.

      Its a FULLY functioning port. for multiplayer that is. Of course microsoft stopped development of project eldowrito because of legal reasons but this is the game that sparked all the halos coming to pc!

      I am not so sure about that. I am not an expert but Halo 3 on PC is still not available (or am my Google outdated, probably).

       

      There is Xbox 360 emulation.
