    So YouTube has been pushing "Chrome" on me since 2016, constantly by having that blue banner at the top. If you close it, it comes back the the next time you open the window. So I have just lived with it :unamused:

    But now I also have to live with the yellow banner as well! :glimmer:

    I don't like this kind of harassment from Google. I do know Chrome is 100% faster than IE 11, but I don't care! I would have switched a long time ago if they hadn't done this sh*t in the first place. :baconmane:

      I have an extension on Chrome that lets me revert YouTube back to its classic display format before the current one. I find it too busy and not quite the same. Now it's giving me a blue banner as well saying "This version of YouTube is going away soon. Switch to the new YouTube".

      We'll see. :orly: I am hoping the extension will remember the code for the classic layout, even if YouTube deletes it. Otherwise, I'll be looking for a new extension.
