      Yeah, I don't use automated tools if that's what you hoped to hear. :P It all also depends on the style and complexity of emoticons, some are easier to make than the others and if I recall correctly, you're pretty nice at drawing, so I think you'd be able to handle it if you really gave it a try. :BrightMacContent:

    When I thought of Richville, the first things which went into my mind is the town is mostly consists of houses, a few businesses, a hospital, a marketplace, farms, and parks, but every town needs a town hall. I did not want the Richville town hall to be like the Ponyville town hall, so I want your opinions.

    I did mention several times a portion of Richville lay on a hillside, what if the town hall is built on said hillside instead on the calley below? The town hall is a third story building, and the family of the mayor and their family live and work there along employees and town guards, but ponies need to go there to file their complaints, yet they have will have to climb on a flight of stairs to get to the town hall.

    If the town hall is built on the midst of the town, it will have a plaza with houses surrounding it, several stalls are present, but the town hall will become less flashy.

    to you guys, where do you guys think the the Richville town hall should be built? In the middle of the town or on the hillside?
