What do you do to feel happy when your sad?
What do you do when your afraid to talk to anyone?

I firstly accept that I am feeling sad. If I'm feeling sad, then there must be a reason behind it. I look on the sadness as a friend telling me that something is wrong and that it is concerned. I then listen to it and work out what it is that is truly bothering me. Then I can work towards being happy. It's always best to be honest about how you are truly feeling in the present first before moving on to how you want to actually feel.
When I'm afraid to talk to anyone, I create a confidante in my mind, shut off the world and talk to them. There is no secrets from them, considering that they were born from your own heart, mind and imagination. They already know you. Confide in them if you cannot find anyone else in the present to speak with about your fears and troubles.
These solutions have always helped me. They are yours to use aswell if you feel they can help you.
