      People do care about you. You have friends here, and every single one of us likes who you are, even if you don't think we should or understand why. If you ever feel lonely and want to talk or listen to music or something, just message one of your friends. That's what we're here for.

      @Bas i took a pill and a few hours later I started to feel awful and I started to think about my everyday life and how much I hate it.

      You won't bother anyone by doing that. The worst that could happen is they tell you they're too busy, and even in that case there's no harm done. They're still your friend after that. They won't think you're annoying just because you messaged them while they were at work or having dinner with family or something. In fact, they'd probably be happy that you thought to go to them, even if they can't talk at the moment. 

      Also, if your medication is consistently making you feel like that, you might need to get a new prescription. It's kind of counter intuitive to take it if it keeps making you feel worse.
