    I can't believe how high my blood pressure got today. I don't have a monitor to measure but it was so high I can hear my heart beating and my skin turning red. I can't remember when was the last time that happened

      I don't have it that bad. I only have elevated or above-average blood pressure. Makes it harder to calm down when I get all worked up/hyped up, and sometimes can force me to have anxiety attacks. But I hope you take care of yourself, my friend. Don't lose to this medical condition, and feel better soon. :rarity:
