Spaghetti

An interesting observation I made in Physics today: The light we see from stars are millions and millions of years old, having traveled all the way here from such a vast distance. Should we create the technology to be able to go faster then light or fold space, we could plot a course to said star and technically travel millions of years back in time upon arrival, perhaps even to the star’s creation. Time Travel could be possible if we are able to create FTL technology.

  I'm a bit confused at what you are trying to get at. I'm not thinking about this because I'm constantly worrying and wanting to change shit, I just found this to be a fascinating observation about time travel. You do realize that if you are not interested in the topic, you can just ignore it and continue browsing instead of being an asshole, not to mention doing exactly the opposite of what you suggested about being 'respecting'.

  That's an intereting theory. But I don't think TT would be possible with a FTL tech. It would only help us travel gigantic distances.
