  1. Why not, finally an OC I am ok with. Even if it is an alicorn.
  2. Smoother, yes. But they still look like clay sculptures that walk and talk. One of the things that sparked my interest in ponies was the fantastic art style, and it is not represented in SFM to the degree it deserves.
  3. Ninjas are out to get me. @Whiteshade Males are not my cup of tea, but we do seem to share a lot of attributes and such. Posting has reminded me I really need to get around to updating my profile...
  4. I really do not like the Garry's mod ponies skin. It just looks so ugly and cumbersome, and am not really looking forward to pony Source films unless someone gives it more work. Otherwise, ponies has a lot of potential within SFM.
  5. What I don't think people realize R34 ponies is that EVERYTHING is R34'd. Pretty much every fanbase and form of media has some sort of R34 connection. Look at Pokemon, for example. I'm sure Pokemon has much more inappropriate content then MLP, and yet people do not connect that content with the show/games. Trying to label the cloppers as the source of the problem is incorrect and attempting to snuff out it's existence is hypocritical to what Friendship is Magic has taught most of us: Love and Tolerate. I personally believe that bronies have simply become mis-represented. There was a time when people just linked bronies to people on /co/ and occasionally other 4chan boards who admired the cartoon, the animation, and such. Ask yourself what the term "Brony" means now. Are they just simple fans of the show; are they die-hard enthusiasts who owns mountains of merchandise and whose life revolves around the show; or are we all on a bandwagon, just following the newest fad? Each person I have asked that question to has given me a different answer. Some people don't label themselves as bronies because they don't want to be linked to the die-hard enthusiast. We even gender-split our fanbase, and some of us don't want to even follow through with that! Announcing yourself as a brony is the near-equivalent of coming out as a homosexual now to some people. In conclusion, Friendship is Magic becoming a popular "meme" is the worst thing that happened to the fanbase, we have lost our individuality.
  6. Well, I was referring to space Sci-Fi. Dr. Who is fantastic.

    movies/tv Breaking Bad

Combined with the excellent pacing, great acting and incredible storyline, this show is the best television has to offer. Salud still remains my favorite episode even after Crawl Space and Face Off. If anyone is interested, AMC (hosts BrBa) posted the primere of Season 5 (Live Free or Die) for anyone who doesn't have the channel and is currently up to date. Here is the link: http://www.amctv.com/breaking-bad/videos/episode-501-breaking-bad Just make sure you are caught up to Season 4; as Strife said the first four seasons are on Netflix.
  8. I disregard your reality and substitute my own.

      Twilight Sky

Your reality was already reality in the first place, are trying to incept us or something?

      Oh, Adam Savage. :P

      VladmireV.S.(Crank)

What if my reality is your reality? does your reality double, or does mine get destroyed???

  9. Battlestar Galactica or Stargate Universe. There is no good Sci-Fi on television anymore.
  10. I always bump it to it's hardest so I can get the most challenging experience. And I despise any game that requires me to beat it on a specific difficulty to unlock the next one. That is just stupid.
  11. I still remember Silver Surfer for the NES. Never again.
  12. Welcome to the Forums! But a word of caution: if you want to last around here, you have to remember that Applejack is best pony. No exceptions.
  13. Awkward kiss. Because I really like your mane.
  14. I personally use ad-blocker programs because ads usually just get in my way and serve to annoy me. I would like to see ads implanted in a way that does not infringe on my browsing that still broadcasts the message it wishes to send. I would also like to see ads that are at least somewhat relevant to the content I'm viewing. For example, I do not want to see washing detergent pop-ups when I am viewing the forums. I am here because of my appreciation of Friendship is Magic, so I would be much more interested in ads that advertise MLP apparel, for example. (I'm not saying I am not pleased with the current ads, just my general opinion) Balancing the viewing pleasure of the people who attend and contribute to the site and pleasing the ad-providers with the prevalence of their ads on your website must be quite the juggling act, but never let it infringe on us who are here to enjoy the content you created for us. If you want this site to continue being successful, the viewers need to come first, always.
  15. I guess you don't understand what the silent majority is. Granted, you are right that kids are not the majority in any sense, but this is a kids show. And it should stay that way - it is the reason I was drawn to it in the first place. It is one thing to overanalyze the world in which the ponies live and the lore of the show, it is another to overanalyze how realistic the characters or creatures are in a CARTOON. Explain how the creators of the show could touch on this subject while still staying rated G.
  16. Good luck explaining that to the kids who watch this show if this turned into canon. In all seriousness, we have Unicorns and Pegasi. Your examples of aggressive colts don't really apply in a world of magic.
  17. I would be interested in seeing the sport adaptations that are made for ponies. Hoofball, anyone? Sounds like a nice RD episode.
  18. I am finding that ignorance runs deep in social networks.

I keep a very close circle of friends on mine. I know of the idiots that swarm websites like Facebook, but I did not expect some of my old friends to be such assholes now.

Add to the fact that I generally try to avoid these websites in the first place.

  21. Simple enough concept of a forum game: Describe the cutie mark of the poster above you by viewing their forum avatar and interests within their profile. Be as creative and as descriptive as you can, and have fun. I'll take the first bullet for this one. Have at thee.
  22. The biggest I can think of at the moment is GabeN, and I'm not sure if that is why I am so tempted to just buy the Ballonicorn from the Mann Co. store.
