If you have a kid or niece or nephew or brother or sister, tell them you love them. Heck, tell all your loved ones you love them. Parents or friends or significant others. Do whatever you can to let them know. Even if it feels like there’s no words for how much they mean to you.

I left Discord (the website) open all morning on my mother’s computer (which I was using because whenever I have the opportunity, I gladly use her larger screen for drawing), so by now she probably went through my messages. I suppose that will teach me to use my own stuff instead of hers.
I will have enough free time to get back to perusing the forums in a few days, hopefully. Additionally, I think I will edit this out and replace it with a drawing later. Or when I have time.

SpoilerI think I just found someone I didn’t think I’d ever find.
Sometimes I google people I remember from my childhood. I never find more than a school article mentioning their accomplishments, but I like searching for them anyway. This time was different: I found a Facebook account while looking someone up. A Facebook account in use.
The pictures of the person look exactly like my childhood friend. Her age lines up. She lives in the right state.
I left a message on her YouTube channel.
My heart’s kind of racing. I’m just waiting for her to respond now.
And she confirmed what I asked her—yes, she used to live in my state.
I don’t really know where to go from here.

…Christmas is in one week. One week, and I haven’t done my shopping yet. Haven’t even dug out the old Santa hat to wear around the place.
I suppose I’m a bit in disarray right now, but I’ll figure it out.
Anyone seen the new Spider-Man movie yet?

Given the notification everyone is looking for still works, but appears to be merged into another setting, I fear it is not a "bug", and I wouldn't call it a "feature" either. It's just a small "change" at most. Maybe in their eyes that was just a minor change that was supposed to make the notification settings more plain and easier to navigate. Chances are they weren't aware it is so important for everyone here and simply didn't expect the massive impact such seemingly tiny change can cause.
In the changelog I cannot seem to find the mention of that exact change, but I did find something about fixing an issue with status updates taking long to post when having many followers and that made me wonder if this might be related. Perhaps they did that to fix a performance issue?
Well, let's hope they'll remaster the notification settings altogether, because there should be way more options than just the one everyone is mentioning right now.

‘Tis the season… for celebrating people’s birthdays.
I felt well enough to make progress on my friend’s birthday present. He wants more Gravity Falls-related things, so I made him one for his wall. I also made a top hat to go with it.

...The prompt was to draw a pony biting off more than they can chew. Why did this occur to me? I have no idea.
I should have drawn a pony trying to draw something difficult, ridiculous, and time-consuming.
