What's wrong with me...?
Why can't I get rid of this emptyness? This anxiety...?
I thought... I was already getting over it... am I beyond fixing...?
I'll never be ok again, it seems. How can I numb this feeling?

For example.. what you just posted...what good can i see in your post...
One is that its good that you opened up a bit and is a very very good start!
One can also see the bad like...you are depressed and in a bad state....
I can look at them both....or just focus on the good. This way the stress wont beat me and also infect me....
This is also how stress can infect you...
Like what your ex is doing to you... She is infecting you with her.... Hate? depression? Whatever it is don't lose to it.
