      @Bastian hey im not saying you should do it but try giving your parents a surprise hug, digital hugs is fine and all that but physical hugs is good.. i dont know if you're close with them or you know. But sometimes hugging someone physically to someone you hate or love makes you feel good.... And hugging someone you hate somehow feels fullfilling.. its like you beated them like " ha i hate you but i hug you....you LOSE!" IF you're not that close to them that is.
