@Magic Note if there’s anything happy you can think off try thinking of it and turn off anything that could disturb your sleep (mobile, tv etc) if you can’t fall asleep your body might lack melatonin right now so you could try that for falling asleep
poor posture can relate to scoliosis - though just try your best to think of the way you sit and adjust yourself to a good posture

@Pandora 🐼 I should do that, but it's way too easy for me to get distracted by electronics when I'm trying to sleep. I have scoliosis and I'm trying to come up with better ideas for postures. Unfortunately, it's easy for me to fall back into bad habits.
