Does anyone else experience this? When you worry so much for people that you can’t sleep but end up putting your own health in danger for others? I always find myself staying up the nights to try and help people but afterwards I end up feeling sad and disappointed with myself as I mess up sleep schedule and risk being kicked from work >~<
