Yeah it's raichu, my favorite pokemon, always loved them more than pikachu
& the first one is Chimmy from BT21 a character made by BTS ( that guy group i like listening to)

It's a shame things like this happen, I hope everything will be sorted out eventually.

Yeah raichu the cute big chub who sparks, i like that they have two designs now though.. alola and normal but only got normal raichu plushies for now
