Heh it's not me who makes such decisions and I'd hate to mislead you, but in my humble opinion it is fine. There are no fancy details that would turn it into "pornographic" (as mentioned in Guidelines) content, so I believe what you have here is okay. It's close to ponies that don't normally wear clothes either, to not search far.

Yeah, it can be confusing and it's hard to tell the exact limits, as guidelines are too general in that matter and usually borderline content are cases judged individually, should anyone at any point have worries regarding this. The rules do offer that margin for suggestive content though and if anything, I believe what you have fits there well. I'm not an expert at furry art, but from what I can tell, these types of artworks aren't anything dramatic. In my personal opinion it is fine.

Either way, don't worry about it, everything will be fine whatever would be the case. There are no obvious rule infringements, and it's definitely not something that will run you into troubles and I swear I'll quit this job if I'm mistaking.
