  1. I don't personally own anything rare, but I'm OBSESSED with reading about mail-order and Nirvana G1 ponies!! I love all the very few of a kind variations from different factories that exist, it makes each individual pone feel more unique

  2. With the exception of G2 (which was ended early), MLP generally always reboots after ten or so years. That gives time for kids to grow up with the brand and make as much money off of a specific generation of kids as possible--but if they kept the same ponies forever, it would feel "old" to new generations of kids and would likely be alienating as there would be so much content to consume to feel like a "real fan". Reboots are necessary after a while for toy lines (Monster High is going through it right now, too--see that ten or so year pattern again? No, I am not counting Monster High G2 lol) so it can feel fresh and be inviting to a new generation.

TLDR, the show needed to end so the franchise and toys didn't become too alienating for the newer generation of pony fans. Change is necessary, sadly :please:

  3. (Apologies in advance Twilight...)

I really, really struggle to make and keep friends. I was diagnosed too late to get on with other autistics as I've been socialised to not accept my traits, but also can't get along with NT people because I'm too "weird". I tend to not fit in anywhere, but as long as my gf likes me I'm not really upset about it~:oh_golly:

  4. 1: I'm not sure yet. It feels like they're clinging to G4 a little too much and I don't know if that will be a positive or a negative in the long run.

    2: Sunny!!

3: I think they would have been long dead before she appeared, but I'm not too caught up on the G5 show.

4: I would kill for my baby Cozy to return and be her evil baby self...so hopefully!

    5: I personally hate his guts...so I don't know.

6: I HOPE!! Godzilla is so cool

7: If I saw Godzilla, I sure would bow to him. So maybe others would too...

8: No?? But if she was it would be cute, I so wanted a chubby pony in G4

9: One of the ones that has a name that makes no sense, like Smurf or just pink...

10: I'm not too great on my Afton family knowledge so I don't know :scoots:

11: Twilight seems like the type to enjoy most works of literature/poetry, so yes!

12: I feel like she'd get on with Maud. Quiet, stoic besties...

13: Krispy Kreme! I know it isn't really a fast food place, but it's the first thing I thought of heheh

14: Toy wise, YES. The quality has fallen off since the G4 reboot and into G5 :Cozy:

15: In terms of quality yes, I hate to say this but the show itself could be replicated again in the same amount of quality. The cult following G4 gained though was a flash in the pan and I don't think it will be replicated again

16: I've always liked the idea of an MLP isekai where a depressed fan gets teleported to Equestria so they can heal.

17: Let me believe that Cadence lived she is alive to me--I mean, uh...Cadence, I guess.

18: I don't know why but she strikes me as having a peanut allergy...so still yes, but she'd be like that kid who ate a Reese's cup and immediately called an ambulance and used his Epipen ^_^

19: If she likes wasps, she can learn to like anything...

20: I really do think them "going away" near the end of G4 was an allegory for their deaths, but if it wasn't, then maybe?

  5. I have three faves :scoots:

Pinkie and Toasty would tolerate each other, but not really enjoy time together. Toasty needs lots of quiet and gets irritated without it, and Pinkie is...Pinkie.

Cadence and Toasty likely haven't met...but I think Cadence would treat her like Twilight as they're both studious, maybe they'd have a sisterly bond?

Starlight and Toasty would be good friends! They kind of have the same outlook on life and I feel post-redemption Starlight could help Toasty see the value in friendship :BrightMacContent:

  6. I did not become a brony of my own volition, I had people assume I was because I liked cutesy things and had a pair of Rainbow Dash ears bought for my birthday. From then on I sort of just accepted that "yeah, liking ponies makes sense for me" and I have not left the herd since--that was, uhh...2016? I was however very aware of bronies from Scratch in 2012-2014, so I've always been interested even before I gave in to pone
