Max Verstappen now has the most wins in a season, breaking Michael Schumacher's/Sebastian Vettel's 13 in a season record.

And with 416 points he also now has the most points scored in a season, breaking Hamilton's 413 points in 2019

Both can still be expanded.

 

Mercedes: The apparent best chance of winning a race this year. And it's 2nd and 4th. This might truly be the first season since 2011 without a win and the first season in Hamilton's career without a win. Te 300 race curse continues.

Red Bull: Max is Max. Perez in the end 3rd on home grounds, tough without the failed pit stop he might been 2nd. Still ahead of Leclerc again, ferrari had a bummer of a race.

Ferrari: A bummer, 5th and 6th only. At least they didn't got lapped. But it's getting close now with Mercedes for that vice-championship title.

McLaren: Norris struggling manages to finish 9th. Ricciardo had a not so great race either and kicking Tsunoda out of points and the race, giving him 10 seconds. that bump woke him up and suddenly we saw the real Ricciardo, passing driver after driver with fresh softs and drove out a 10+ second gap, pretty much nullified his 10 sec penalty with a strong 7th while Alpine struggled.

Alpine: Alonso retired from race, understandably frustrated. Ocon apparently struggled too, probably why he lost connection to Ricciardo in the end, not the best of Alpine.

AlphaTauri: Gasly with the 3rd penalty ridden race in a row. He's now actually 2 points away from a race ban now. Tsunoda beeing kicked out without fault for him might had a chance of points otherwise. Thus still stuck behind Haas.

Aston Martin: After some better races recently, especially from Vettel, this race was a big step backwards again. No crashes this time, but no points either.

Williams: Albon's race could been points if Qualifying wouldn't went so bad. Latifi last yet again and only one lapped twice. Apparently by now tough he had damage slowing him down. Doesn't matter anymore for him anyway, he won't return 2023.

Alfa Romeo: Bottas finally scored a point again, thanks to a strong Qualifying and Alonso's retirement. Zhou ending only 13th. It's one point more to get away from Aston Martin, this gonna be a close call for 6th.

Haas: Qualifying not greatest, race neither. 0 points again, and Haas wanted points from Schumacher for a seat, which he didn't got. tough USA wasn't his fault. Will we see Mick again 2023?
