Hi there everypony, how are you doing today. I feel like I need to get this off my chest before it builds up. So I listed three things that hold me back
1. Criticism. Look, I know constructive criticism is nice and suppose to be supportive. But, for some reason. It makes feel insecure and unable to do the task right. So that often adds to my already clouded mind
2: My scatterbrained mind: If you don't know what the word "Scatterbrained" means. I'll tell you. According to google, scatterbrained means. "(Of a person) disorganized or lacking in concentration" or in simple terms. I lack concentration and jump into other projects without finishing the previous project. This is a problem that;s only growing, now that I'm animating. I try to create animation memes. But my mind switches over to another animation meme project because I thought the one I was working on was horrible. So yeah.
3: I don't spend time with my family: Most of the time when my mom is home. I just stay in my room and watch videos or play video games. I feel like I don't spend much time with her. I try to arrange movie nights. But I just put them off as "I'll do it later". Now I don't even go outside with my friends since last week.
Any advice to tackle these issues would be nice. I feel like this is the only space I find comfort.

@Samurai Equine It's ok Samurai. The good things is that I do have a therapist coming on Tuesday. You're a great friend. And I do feel a bit better now

1. try to NOT remember what criticism is... What is criticism? Is criticism an instrument?
2. Your scatter brain can help you forget about criticism...which leaves a question..... If you are scatterbrained...then why do you remember people criticizing you or remember what criticism is?
3. Play video games with your mom..
The only one stopping you is you yourself.
