It's just a very simple way of saying it. Almost like you are putting items on a list. "Fire, slash, ..." It's not wrong; the average Japanese will quickly put it together that you're trying to say "Fire Slash!" or "Flaming Slash!", it's just not elegant or natural. It's very straight forward. It's not how a Japanese person might say it. If the Hulk was Japanese, it might be how he says it.
