Usually Light would've put on a light, but seeing this is a boss level area, usually the darkness is to set the atmosphere and some weird light source would show a grandeur of there room. " Usually rooms this big and this dark would light on its own for presentation.... But this one's taking too long...." Light said in jest.

Light would crack some joints to loosen himself up then casually tap Last Stands shoulder. " You alright?" He said as he distracts last stand, so she wouldn't notice that Light is absorbing her injuries. " If so let's do this!" He said while a bit of blood drips at the side of his mouth.
