The question is: How long would it take? 

If it goes on for too long, economies are going to crash badly, leading to a loss of happiness for everyone .

Yea @Princess of Hearts ❤️❤️, it may take a lot longer than people might first think. Some say it will have the worst effect in about a week or two, while some are preparing for May to be the worst (for health care at least).

While some people will not see the virus and drop their guard just a little, and that will of course create a new wave of spreading. And others will get immune and the virus will be hindered from spreading through them. It's very complex.

We will see changed in the economies, yes. As well as quality decrease on Youtube! And also less toilet paper in the stores. I hope some of them won't go too far though!

Some experts say that the peak of the disease might even be as late as June or July. 

The initial wave spread so quickly because countries, especially ones in Europe, were slow to react and underestimated the virus.

The worst thing that could happen is if the virus dies down, and then people cause a second wave of the virus to occur by dropping their guard.  While immunity may occur, the virus could mutate quite frequently (like the common flu does) so the immunity to the original virus may not be helpful in stopping the spread of the disease.

Stores are starting to become empty now, especially on toilet paper and other essentials , as people continue to panic buy. It's not a good thing though, since everyone didn't get their equal share and might not be able to have enough essentials for the weeks ahead.
