It;s easy to say cut spending, but where exactly are you going to cut spending lmao? A lot of the sectors can;t afford to have budget cuts. 

Cutting spending and then cutting taxes is still going to rack up a huge deficit lol. 

Simply cut down the government every institution other then police and medical. No it won't my friend deficit is simply overspending by government without it you are not overspending. There is no reason to keep every institution funded. I can promise you that America will be the first country to regain its economic dominance simply because of lower spending and taxes.
