it only took 14+ years of screaming for help, crying and therapist after therapist, psych etc

Thank you all so much for all the friend requests!  I'm really loving it because it gives a great new way for us to spread friendship to each other.  I've given quite a few requests as well and if anypony wants one, all you have to do is ask!

If it wasn't official before, it is now. I am taking a break that will last an undefined amount of time.

All things must end, and sometimes we have to end them just because it feels right to do so. The spark that the numeric walls of this place once gave me, is now long gone. Within me there is nothing but melancholy for the old days, in which this golden dream seemed to never have an end.

I made awesome friends, that's a given. I couldn't have chosen a best place to make my first contact with the world of the internet. You have all been immortalized in me; you didn't ask if it was okay to do so, you simply drove your hands inside of my heart and shaped it. That's good.

When I was a kid I had a dream. Since I always portrayed myself as scum, as something that everyone hated, as a burden, I hoped to one day become a source of light for those around me. I still haven't been able to fulfill that dream in the real world, I hope I didn't fail you too.

It's soooo cold!  I know -8°C isn't extreme, but apparently it's enough to outdo my electric heaters (rip electricity bills).  14°C ain't a comfortable temperature at home.

Things sure are changing, aren't they? 

First I learn about the new roleplay system, and now there is a new Friends system. What else has changed, I wonder? 
Funny thing is, all of this feels like the mods are still working on it. So it might need some tweaking and adjusting, but it looks cool so far.
