A few hours ago, I decided to take a quick power nap. A nap that turned into the equivalent of a full night's sleep. It's currently 12:20am my end, so I guess my new day will be starting now.

So what do you guys nerd out on?  
 

For me other than aviation, it’s weather.  
 

I’ve always been a bit interested in weather, but the interest went to a whole new level in 2014  when I was at work and saw an EF3 tornado that missed us by a mile or so.  

 I didn’t like that did a significant amount of damage to my town, and killed someone.  However, in the moment I was just like “Woah”   (I wish I had a better way to describe it other than “Woah,” but I can’t )  It’s just something you have to see for yourself to know.   Though Someone else may be terrified instead of “Woah,” though lol.   

Ive since went to storm spotting classes which are always interesting to me, and now I can report weather to the National Weather Service and they’ll take my report seriously since I’ve went to the classes 

Which is how I came across an app called radarscope that I recommend to anyone in tornado prone areas.  
 

I’m not so worried about not seeing a tornado in time anymore when I’m at home.  Cause it has a radar that you can see them on. Usually they’re pretty hard to miss.
