@Will Guide No, the remakes are appalling. You can’t beat the classics. He did tend to overanalyse them though. 

word of warning never tell me that the Remakes are completely garbage and never should have been made. the few changes they actually do make actually can be good at times and I actually enjoyed a few of the remakes because of that.

Cinderella's prince having more development compared to the animated version and meeting Cinderella before the ball.

Belle and the Beast bonding over reading while LeFou wises up and moves past being a loyal fool to a jerk.

Jasmine getting more focus while Will Smith's Genie does it in his own way and not try to be in exact imitation of Robin William's Genie.

They're minor but they still bought something new to the old stories. To me as long as they can bring something that's new and enjoyable, they're worth existing. Anyone who calls actual fans of the remakes idiots for believing so, they're no friends of mine. I believe there can be a fan for anything and it's very unfair to insult people like that.

@Will Guide Woah, you thought way more about those than I ever did.  I’m sure there are things to enjoy in those movies but I simply can’t get past the auto tuned singing.
