Hello, my friend.  I didn't watch the Oscars, but I saw the uncut clip of Will and Chris. Kind of hurts to see. Will use to be an inspiration, one of the few celebrities around with a strong moral fiber. He use to put out messages of non-violence and he was against using curse words in his music too. In one night, all of that has changed. Even if his intentions were pure, it's going to put a hideous blot on his career. Plus, it's the Oscars. Hosts like Chris ALWAYS take jabs at the celebrities. It's all in good fun. If you can't laugh at yourself or take the joke, you shouldn't be attending in the first place. How do attend without knowing this before hand?

Sorry for the rant. I use to be a Will Smith fan. Even when he became the butt of the joke on YouTube, I liked his fun loving spirit. It's rare when I like any kind of celebrity.  But now, after a fall from grace like this, I'm not sure I want to be a casual fan anymore.

@Samurai Equine Yeah, I thought the same thing. I hope it won’t end up being the start of his downfall.
