      Hello my friend! :) ...It got slammed? :ooh: News to me. I thought the reception was just "Meh", as in not the greatest movie, but not the worst either.
      Of course, I'm with you and I think most bronies are. We liked the movie.

      @Samurai Equine I was more talking about how commercially, it should've earned more money than the other movies that came out that year, most were terrible.

      I actually liked Twilight Sparkle turning into an alicorn. We all knew she was destined to take over rulership of Equestria, so changes and developments would have to build up to it. However, there was a rumor that the Mane 6 would also become alicorns. I did not like that idea because I could not imagine how it helped them develop towards their goals. (That, plus it would have been obvious Hasbro was trying a cash in on new toys if alicorn Twilight proved popular).

      Twilight turning into an alicorn made sense since the show was building up to it though it still was a surprise to me and probably some others. Another thing is that when ponies become an Alicorn, they have their coronation and all that craziness and I don't feel like the other five would be into that sort of thing. They probably like their simple lives and wanna keep things how it is though if it did happen, that would be really funny but I wouldn't be a fan of it if they made something like that cannon.
