      If you want to take a break, there is nothing wrong with stepping away from the fandom. You can even pick and choose; you can be a fan of FIM without being a fan G5. But no matter what you do, you can still keep the friends you've made along the way. :BrightMacContent:

    To be honest, I feel as though I've been drifting away from MLP lately. :( I'm actually gonna blame G5 for that and my utter disgust towards what it's been doing. :worry: I feel awful saying that because I know a lot of you like it but as we all know, one of the Elements of Harmony is honesty and that's what I'm doing, being absolutely honest. :mlp_smug: I need to go back and give FiM another runthrough and hopefully, it can remind me of why I love it so much. :rarity:

      G5 will never take away the love I have for G4.  It’s only strengthened it for me cause I honestly cannot find many things that draw my interest to G5 at all.
       

      If others find it good I’m happy for them, but it’s just not for me.

       

      I’ll stick with G4 even if I was the only one left sticking with it.

      I really enjoy G5 myself! Just because it’s “not G4” shouldn’t be a reason to dislike it. It has its own characters and locations and all sorts of new stuff.

      Yes, there are plenty of callbacks but I appreciate that G5 is doing it’s own thing and not just rehashing the past.

      The movie was amazing, TYT is really good and the new 3D series will be awesome too!

      G4 will always be awesome for sure and the ponies we love will never be replaced, but I think that G5 is off to a great start!
