      A lot of it is just politics and culture clash. Texas and California tend to be in opposing sides in those categories. But also they’ve just absolutely run their economy into the dirt.

      Sorry about that. Anywho, DEFINITELY recommend visiting Texas, but NEVER visit in the summer. You will regret it. Fall and Spring are way better. And if you can time it right in spring you might get to see the annual bloom of bluebonnets, our state flower.

      The whole state is practically carpeted in blue for a couple weeks.
