Spoiled? No. Lax? Yes.

Spoiled by our education system. Especially where I am. Most of the classes are racially split, not by racism, it's just that, honestly, where I live, most of the mexicans and african americans are in the lower level classes, while most of the whites and asians are in the higher level classes. The higher level teachers obviously care more about the educations of their students, so the Whites and Asians recieve a better education while the lower level classes stay in the same area.
