  1. I think the more one looks at the MLP Movie in a critical or thoughtful light, the more obvious it becomes that not much thought was put into its characterization and execution. I'm glad you were able to find value in it, and everyone can interpret fiction in their own way, but having themes doesn't mean you've done those themes justice.
  2. It's important to understand how sad things are though, if one wants to make things better
  3. I agree, but I don't really see what that has to do with the OP. I was mostly confused about people regretting they've obtained new information
  4. I try to be as honest as I can. Also, you're almost never completely anonymous, that's good to remember.
  5. I don't really regret any kind of knowledge. The idea that someone might regret knowledge is actually kinda scary to me. Is ignorance really that valuable?
  6. I hit someone with a V8 can once because I did not understand exactly how bad it hurts to get hit by a V8 can. The answer is a lot though.
  7. I think Shadow Play was the height of MLP storytelling, and is when MLP finally turned into a show worth respecting as a genuine narrative instead of just cutesy heartfelt fluff with neat ideas
  8. I was that kid, for sure. People looked at me funny and talked about me and rumors spread and nobody wanted their children near me. Kids can be cruel.
  9. I try to walk every day, but I only succeed sometimes.
  10. I'd give half of it to the people I love most, then spend a looooooong time thinking about what creative efforts I could bring into the world with 500k. I could probably commission some animations, you know?
  11. Probably pestering my room-mate in ten minutes. Lovingly pestering.
  12. I think about my behavior at least once a day.
  13. I wouldn't have rewritten it, because it being the way it is has given me a lot of my formative experiences in life. Are there things I think would be better another way, though? Sure!
  14. I want to be a pony. Bionic prosthetic probably won't advance that direction or that far in my lifetime, though.
  15. I'd do it for free. I'm not ashamed of who I am.~
  16. I feel like if you're calling anyone "neckbeard gay loser", there may be other things about you that people understand, and that may be negatively affecting their perception instead. Perhaps rightfully.
  17. I don't cry as often as I'd like about some things, and I cry too often about others. I wish I would cry more about fiction, and I wish I would cry more in happiness. In general, feeling happiness would be lovely. And I think I cried a little too much over pain, in the past, but what's done is done.
  18. I thought "Oh, people who like a cartoon". I didn't really have any strong opinions.
