hello everyone! I took a really long break from posting here but I'm back for a bit now! I just made a big post over in the art galleries of what I've been working on this past year

I cant see any status update notifications right now, by the way so that's why I'm not really reacting or commenting on any right now. I'm really not sure if anyone's posting any

Anybody else play magic the gathering? I've been using a vampire deck based around the prebuilt crimson vow deck that's been a lot of fun, but today i have a bunch of cards coming in for an insect themed deck with Grist as the commander! I'm super excited to run it

Once we're settled into our place in Scotland I really want to expand my G1 figure collection, and add a few G2 ponies in there as well. I have so many G3, I need to even it out

Moving week! While I'm sick of moving (having done so 4 times in the since the end of 2019) I'm kinda ready to be out of here. Staying with my parents wouldn't have been my first choice, but it's only for a couple months until we're able to get to Scotland!

oh by the way, I hope anyone else who observes is having a good Passover! I'm horrible about remembering it (and therefore remembering to buy the right food ), but I'm excited to get some matzo ball soup made. I only eat it during Passover otherwise I'd eat it too much throughout the year and get sick of it, cause I love it

Hello! How is everyone? I'm swamped with work right now I'm lucky to get as much freelance work as I have recently, but we're moving in two weeks so there's a whole lot going on

my boyfriend and i are really sick again second time since February, despite the fact that we still mask everywhere and practice safe covid measures. you just can't win

(for the record, we don't have covid, but we managed to stay healthy for a whole 2 1/2 years straight during quarantine until this year)

for a pony who's not my ponysona, I sure do give her way more love than my actual ponysona

update to my ponysona Render since I wasn't happy with their previous design I used to hate solid color manes but I think I really like it on Render

people are surprised that they aren't keeping the movie cast for the G5 shorts? disappointment I get, but they had such an a-list cast, I was going to be extremely surprised if even one of them was brought into the shorts episodes

hi everyone! hope all is well. I've been gone the past week since both me and my partner got sick not covid thankfully, but it was a bit of a nasty headcold. Thankfully we're feeling better, I've still got a runny nose and a cough but still much better than it could be

I ordered some fabric that came in yesterday.... gonna be attempting to make a plushie of Bubble Tea

I think it'd be really fun to meet up with friends I've met on forums, but I've also got social anxiety and get really nervous talking to people online, let alone in person though I do live outside the US capital, so i'm sure there'd be plenty of other mlp fans to meet

how's everyone doing today? I'm a little stressed myself, but I have my sweet cat to help calm me down. I think I'm going to try to have a me-day sometime soon as well; no work, no obligations, just relaxing time to myself

my boyfriend got me a huge mlp trading card box for hannukah! there's soooo many cool cards in there, I'm really excited to learn how to play it. probably going to run a rainbow dash deck as I pulled a couple cloudchasers (my favorite pony) as well as a couple fun RD-themed event cards and got nightmare moon as a mane character card for the deck, who's RD aligned as well

wish me luck.... got a mess of a week do deal with unsent paycheck, rent due, cat vet visit, 3rd doctor visit for me...

but hey, hannukah started today! so happy hannukah so anyone else who's celebrating!

sometimes I kinda miss roleplaying, but then I remember that I've never been able to keep up with it I either get bored or run out of inspiration after a couples pages

they actually had them! I grabbed myself one of the "friends of equestria" sets so I can finally add the G4.5 Minty to my Minty collection, and it was even on sale so I got all of them for $15! Now all I need is the G4 and G1 I've got 2 different G3's, but I don't feel the need to collect *all* of those since there's a lot. and I really don't care for G3.5 so I won't be getting any of those

If you've got an Ollie's nearby, I recommend checking them out real soon! This was the first day they had all the new stuff on sale so it'll probably go quickly. They also had G4 binders for card collecting and the Twister G1 figure

I got a mail ad for Ollie's today and apparently they've got the friends of equestria set for only $15. definitely sounds like something they *wouldn't* have in stock in the one near me, but it's worth a shot to look. That's the set that has Minty in it, and I've really been wanting the g4 minty toys for years plus $15 would be way cheaper than just buying the single online, since she's the only one I really want in the set and I'd just resell the rest

man, the threads on here talking about how people don't want to see "forced diversity" like just having more female and LGBT+ characters have me down. I'm happy my circle of friends on here are kind, but outside of them... it just seems a little hostile sometimes. Makes me nervous to comment about how I hope there's gonna be characters in G5 that are LGBT+, like me. Or to even talk about being LGBT really  luckily, I think they're just a loud minority cause I haven't personally talked to anyone who wasn't friendly on here

it's my birthday! the only gift i want is to be able to do absolutely nothing today. I'm so tired of moving furniture

Just got off the phone with the adoption group. We got the cat!! We (or just I) get to meet him this weekend!! He can't come home with us until after next weekend since we're having a small halloween party and don't want to overwhelm him right off the bat... but still!

my partner and i move into our apartment together next monday, only six days away! we're gonna adopt a cat as well, so I'm super excited. won't be able to move the big furniture until the weekend though, so we'll be sleeping on an air mattress for a couple days
