    Hey, does anybody know how to create a MLP OC? I kinda wanna know how to do it. 
     

    I'm kinda never interested creating an OC but after watching several MLP vids and stuff like that, I thought I could create a MLP pony OC.

     

    Btw, is it possible that I can create a human OC for MLP? :confused: And what are requirements and rules for my OCs?
