It is, but I think this one with day-off is moved to nearest Sunday? I actually don't know, these "moving" holidays without fixed date confuse me.

Yeah, we have two days of Christmas too, but in my opinion 24th should also be a holiday, it's the day when most of things happen after all. 24th is the day when the family gathers and stuff, hard to prepare the evening when you have to go to work, esp. me with afternoon shifts and getting back home after 10PM.
