 Well, today is the first day of spring here in Australia.  ohh man, I'm so happy we're out of the cold. the next couple of months is gonna be pretty interesting.  my birthday is coming up. we're gonna go to a fancy Italian Restuarant. Unfortunately, it'll be just me, my mum and my dad because my uncle, my auntie and my cousin have got COVID. oh well. it is what is. Well, at least I get to go out and celebrate my birthday.  (last year we were in lock-down and I had to buy KFC as a substitute.) so yeah, I'm pretty excited bout that and I'm looking forward to it.  I hope the next couple of months is gonna be nice and sunny. I'm sick all of the rain we've got since november last year. 

near the end of this month, you've got the brand new MLP G5 series. tbh, I'm not really looking forward to it. I'll obviously take a look at it, but I'm not really excited bout it. they still havent really answered any of the questions bout the events between FIM and gen 5. So, what are my thoughts on the youtube series? it's alright. I kinda wish that was our introduction to the series instead of the first 12 - 20 mins of the movie where every-pony was racist towards each-other. I noticed there's a lot of people who didnt like the make your mark special. honestly, I thought it was better than the movie we got last year. as you can already tell from my profile pic, my favourite is Zipp Storm.

in October, you've got the Bathurst 1000, which is the biggest race of the year... (yeah, I cant wait for that.)  ...and then, you've got the Haslab. this year, they are celebrating the 50th anniversary of the ghost rider. I really hope it's a bike or a horse, and not that hell charger that everyone has been talking bout. but yeah, I'm really curious to see what it is. 

...and I dunno bout you, but I cant wait for halloween. if you're not into trick-or-treating, Pony Town, Ashes Town and Legends Of Equestria has got you covered.  

last month, we placed an order for a Toyota Yaris ZR Hybrid and it should arrive in April. that's not too bad. originally, they said it was gonna be a 12 - 15 month wait for a toyota yaris. according to this article, which was posted on the 18th of august, we only have to wait approximately 248 days (we've placed an order for one on the 21st).

...and last but not least, Pokemon Scarlet and Violet is coming out on the 18th of november. okay, remember when I said that I was gonna pick Fuecoco as my starter?

well...if you havent been keeping up with the leaks / rumours, they say Sprigatito will evolve into a bi-pedal, "waifu-like", necromancer / magician that 'empowers itself with dark spirits', quaxly will evolve into a dancer, not a pirate or a sailor, which was something that a lot of people were speculating that it would evolve into, and fuecoco will evolve into a red alligator that stands on all fours, and it'll have a chicken on its head. they say it'll be on fire, kinda like a phoenix. based on all the info we have for the final evolution of the starters, I'd say Sprigatito would have to be my favourite. to me, that thing is gonna evolve into a more darker / edgier version of Delphox. of course, these are just leaks / rumours, so take it with a grain of salt. but yeah, I'm not gonna make my final decision til they give us the final evolution of the starters.

Another week, another dollar.  Shall we talk about it, my crowd?

 Can't say anything super huge happened for me this week. Just been very casual.  But to follow up on something from last week, I have ultimately made my choice on which Internet/Phone provider I'll be switching to. Don't know if I'll go cable or not. Depends on how things go. The service I am switching too is slightly higher than the first one I considered, but the benefit is that they won't increase their prices over time. They should stay consistent; so wish me luck everyone!

 I'd also like to take a moment to ask everyone to please send some love and support to @Stone Cold Steve Jobs. He's going through a very rough time right now, and he needs all the friends and support that he can get. I won't go into too much detail; I'll let him decide if he wants to share or not. In fact, I might delete this whole mention if he wants me to. I just want my bro to know that he's never alone, and he has more friends and loved ones than he realizes.

 Despite being kind of slow, this has actually been a pretty big week!  The biggest thing that deserves talking about all on its own is Tokusatsu News! ReVice aired its series finale this week (and the first two episodes were officially uploaded on YouTube as well). But more then that, there has been some EPIC announcements! There is going to be a Gridman anime movie, which will finally give us the long awaited crossover between SSSS Gridman and SSSS Dynazenon! And if that wasn't enough, we've been blind sided by some Power Rangers news. The new season is going to be called Cosmic Fury. I see they are starting a new naming tradition in honor of Dino Fury. It seems like they might be adapting KyuRanger? I mean, they might surprise us be adapting Kiramager instead, but I doubt they'd be going for something like ToQGer or Zyuohger, and it seems too soon to adapt Zenkaiger. I just hope Hasbro can keep up. They had trouble keeping up with the merch demand for Beast Morphers and Dino Fury. But the even bigger part of the news is that the cast of Dino Fury will be returning for Cosmic Fury! Really?! Merging two unrelated shows again?! Well, I at least hope they can pull it off better than Megaforce/Super Megaforce. If they can do it as good as (if not better than) the Zordon era, this might be interesting. I honestly feel like Hasbro did this for the sake of maintaining some interest in the brand. I hope Hasbro isn't hemorrhaging profits after purchasing the rights to Power Rangers.

 In other news, Sonic Frontiers dropped a new epic trailer and a release date. We'll be seeing it appear in November, and if Netflix still plans to go through with it, we can expect Sonic Prime in December!  Hyped. I also saw the newest trailer for the live action Pinnochio. I am glad that they kept his design exactly the same as his animated design. Makes it easier to accept the other things creatively changed in this movie. I am hoping beyond hope that Disney has learned their lesson and is finally giving audiences the movie experience they WANT to see, but let's not forget that it will be competing against Del Toro's Pinocchio. The competition is gonna be fierce. Also, I've been watching anime. Mostly One Piece.

 MOVIE TIME!  This time, I saw the Kamen Rider ReVice Web Movie: BIRTH OF CHIMERA.  So here's the update. I'm not watching ReVice this week because I wanted to catch up on anything important I may have missed (I'll watch the two-part finale next week). I knew this movie had been subbed, but I didn't realize it was only half of a movie. The other half, Battle Familia, has not been subbed yet. I don't feel right reviewing this just yet since it's not a complete experience. However, I am interested. I want to know if there is a reason why Kamen Rider Chimera was given that name. It's nice to see Ninja Black's actor, Kane Kosugi, in the tokusatsu scene once more. It's also a little confusing to have two Riders with similar names, Demons and Daimon. I hope the conclusion has a good pay off, but more then that, I hope it is released soon. I'm also waiting for the final episode of Girls Remix, so if they aren't released soon, I'll have to finish ReVice first. My advice to anyone interested: Wait 'til Battle Familia is released before watching this. I got my hopes up and jumped the gun. I don't mind seeing movies and other extras out of intended order, but it would have been nice to see the movie sooner rather than later.

 DonBrother 25: Not Enough Goggles.  This episode really had me thinking about the nature of this show again. The main story is Kiji Brother losing his job, which turned out to be temporary. On top of that, Oni Sister is still accused of plagiarizing. The law is still chasing Inu Brother. So far, Saru Brother has not had any known misfortune, unless his inability to find work/accept money is his misfortune. But just when it seems like fate is trying to rob the DonBrothers of their personal lives, they all pitch in to help, and it turns things around for Kiji Brother! Is the value of teamwork the message all along? Will it take their combined efforts to help improve Oni Sister's life or Inu Brother's life? Is this why it was necessary for Oni Sister to submit herself to serving Don Momotaro? Hard to say. MOTW was based on Goggle V, but the host doesn't seem to have any connection to that show. You'd think with how the show focuses on the DonBrothers' helmet visors, the Goggle V episode would be a bit more noteworthy.

 MLP TYT 24: From the Tapestry.  I feel like I should say something about the combined rug having the images of our our mane 5, but the previous generation had a stained glass window of the mane 6 before they became heroes, so why not this as well? Over all, it was a great episode with some moments that pull on the heartstrings! Also, did anyone catch the continuity error? You're getting lazy, writers. Baby Sunny shouldn't have that rainbow streak in her mane.
