Actually I've been looking around, apparently it has to do with a Flash error on my web browser combined with software on my Logitech G930. The odd thing is this problem started about 2 hours ago. And I haven't updated anything before or after. Because it was already up to date. So I'm stumped.

And no, I have the browser extension where YouTube starts as high as the quality goes.

Try a system restore in that case to the most recent restore point before the issue began.

Aha, yup. Just looked at a restore point created two days ago. (It was the latest one) Flash was a version or so behind then. Unfortunately it was before a critical Windows update, which means I'd have to restart. Which means I'd have to restart my browser. Which means I'm back to square one. (Unless I'm reading this wrong. But I don't think I am.)

Thanks for the help but it looks like I'm going to have to wait for Flash or something to update. Or buy a new...
