I know what I am asking of Hasbro, make Chrysalis more of a threat in the story, and before anybody comments back asking why

Would I want somebody that evil to exist in the fantasy realm Equestria if I was there with the characters and a friend of Mane Six? no, of course not, no rationally thinking individual would want somebody like that to be real, however I would have zero control over that, if a villain wants you gone, you got two options, fight or run away, fortunately this is only fiction.

If you're not going to write your villains to be threatening, don't put them in the story, don't give us the colossal waste of time that was Mean Six.
