I have not seen that movie, Monsters Inc, however I can believe that statement, it's not uncommon for fictional creations to poke fun at human behaviour for superstition and prejudice. That's part of the issue why I find the concept of MLP Equestria Girls films awkward, why would they want anything to do with us? okay, not every human is aggressive or overtly bigoted, but consider this, there's enough of that going on in the human world for that to be considered toxic by Equestria standards.

Depends what you mean by luck, probabilities is a known phenomenon in the universe, so there's that. If you play games of chance, you're not supposed to know the outcome although they can be rigged. However you can make some risks work in your favour with enough information. Probabilities of something happening vs not, is the question. Think of it like Pokemon video games and accuracy, Thunder having 70% accuracy, means it has more chance of hitting a viable target (that is a target that isn't a Ground type or isn't using a modifier like from the move Protect) than missing, therefore the risk is in your favour most of the time, or at least it should function that way, but certain moves in earlier Pokemon games were glitched so you may want to check on that one.

Playstation 2 repair was a success, I'm grateful for the work a guy who repairs electronics for a living put into it, flawless playback of discs and no scratches. Now the thing isn't going to become junk in a landfill, at least not for now. I am now using it as a CD player to listen to some music and it hasn't skipped once.

There are free media players that play mp4 video file types though, if I want to watch a video I use Media Monkey for it, or some other media player like VLC. I don't bother with web browsers for that because that is not their main purpose, with the exception of websites like Youtube. Then you got to deal with codecs like HEVC which are CPU intensive at high resolutions.

Pleased with a result, got my PS2 back from a guy who repaired it, tried a PS1 game in it, running a demo was enough for the test, and no scratches on the disc. Now got a DVD in it, Dragonball Z Dead Zone movie. £50 well spent. Minor issue was an AV adapter with a loose connection but that's been sorted. -
Thinking how funny it was when Alpha had a bottle of glue stuck to his hand in Mighty Morphin Power Rangers episode The Spit Flower.

When Billy repaired the command center in Mighty Morphin Power Rangers Green with Evil episode, those wires had to have been carrying a low voltage current for him to avoid electrocution with bare hands, like seriously low voltage, 5v or something like that, not enough to overcome skin resistance.

Green With Evil episode of MMPR, my favourite part of this show. Green Ranger had a phenomenal redemption arc after this, and even passed his dragon shield and his power coin onto Jason Scott as a way to make the Green Ranger's powers live on after Rita placed a curse on him, and it also symbolizes a heartfelt apology for trying to end his life. Such a noteworthy level of compromise that makes Tommy worthy of the powers that was stolen from him. In my eyes Tommy Oliver will always be the Green Ranger. All of the team matter, but if it wasn't for Tommy's redemption, the rest of Team Morphin would not have had the power to defeat some of their toughest villains such as Frankenstein monster and Rito Revolto. -

It's unlikely Luna at the beginning of MLP FIM could have watched over dreams while banished to the moon, a binding spell usually keeps the captive in an alternate dimension or in this case, a astronomical object, the moon. During her time as Nightmare Moon, I suppose it would have been possible, but she was not interested in doing that at the time.

Do you remember the MLP FIM episode Dragonshy? I hope that TV show brings you happiness or some form of escapism when you're at home having the time and desire to watch it. Let the show bring out the best in you, and not let the doom and gloom of reality make life too stressful for yourself. Creators of this TV show wanted their fans to be inspired and made happier as a result of watching their show, it did for me, and I want the same for you as well sparklefan.

If I could afford it I would go for vinyl, there are some rare songs that can only be purchased on that format, due to them never having a release on an alternative like cassette or CD. Not having a high income myself, I have to use money wisely, and my best investment was CD given it is a modern format and has way more music available. It's different for everyone though, not the availability part, I mean preference, vinyl has a unique appeal to music lovers. Sonic Adventure soundtrack some time ago got released on vinyl IIRC, I see the appeal of that as well, Jun Sunoue and his team worked well on music for the video game that transitioned the Blue Blur from 2D to 3D. With a good sound system though, CD does sound better, but it depends on the quality of the recording.

I like Discord in My Little Pony Friendship is Magic as well however his stunt in season 4 finale, getting himself into an unholy alliance with Tirek was definitely cringeworthy. Discord was lucky Fluttershy had forgiven him after all that, even still, treason against Canterlot gave Princess Celestia the perfect excuse to turn him back to stone, and she did not. Okay she wanted Discord to be reformed, whatever, but in that case she should have stripped Discord of his magic until Discord had learned to be a better friend in my opinion. That punishment could have been done in season 5.

The reason I was irked by Discord betraying Fluttershy in season 4 finale, and he continued to act in ways that were not consistent with friendship after that, is hurting someone as gentle and sweet as Fluttershy is both cruel and outrageous, she did absolutely nothing to provoke any of the malice she and her friends received from Discord. Fluttershy would be an awesome friend to have, to hurt her, even unintentionally, would leave me with enormous feelings of guilt if I were in that fantasy realm.

I like potatoes, either hashbrown, new potatoes, jacket or mash, doesn't bother me. My favourite of course Potato wedges with garlic. Baked beans are awesome as well. I sometimes eat beans on toast. -
When it comes to ethics, it's hard to ignore how primitive our species, human, is compared to some others in fiction. There's a long list of twisted behaviour that humans do, genocides, animal cruelty to name a few. if I continue on with my MLP fan fiction I don't know if I want to get too deep into all of that, it's not pleasant, but let's just say the mistakes Princess Luna and Princess Celestia make are pretty benign when compared to the horrors humans are capable of.
