    The added benefit of external DAC is XLR balanced which is excellent. On short cable runs it's not so much of an issue, one reason why I was not bothered about my headphones not being balanced, I don't have ground loop issues on my setup, optical between DAC and source helps as well, yes. But on speaker cables it can be a big deal, because analog cables as I understand it from looking it up online, they act like an antenna, which is why lengthy RCA runs are not good, on top of the potential for ground loop issues, they do not have common mode rejection.

    I used to binge watch Justice League DCAU, that includes JL Unlimited. Not so much now, I would often give it about a year or two before I would rewatch the same show again, to prevent monotony and all that. But sometimes I would watch 4 or 5 TV episodes in a single afternoon, which if 20 minutes in length, would total to about an hour and a half on average. Not having ads makes it easier. If MLP FIM ends up with a bluray complete series release I am definitely purchasing a copy for myself, that is one show I can invest a good amount of time into, particularly seasons 1 to 5. Although the show went on for longer than season 5, seasons 1 to 5 are my favourite.

    OG Dragonball gave us some history about Goku's training as well which I thought was cool. He had a rough childhood though, I mean could you imagine your whole life being dedicated to using your superpowers to defeat villains since an early age like that? people forget how hard Goku's life really was sometimes in Dragonball fiction. While some other heroes in the show didn't really get themselves into a life or death situation while looking for magical artifacts like Dragonballs, Goku, along with Bulma and a few others, did. But it's not like conventional military would've done anything to help their situation. Firearms were already ineffective against Goku in the beginning of Dragonball, and by the time he finished his training with Master Roshi, not even Red Ribbon Army with their early generation robots at Muscle Tower could stop Goku. Mercenary Tao nearly took Goku out permanently the first time, but at the time he was Red Ribbon Army's toughest weapon.

    I just want to say as a reminder, I love everyone here. You have been so welcoming to not just me but everyone else who joined the forum. Thank you for your politeness and your thoughtful responses. I can tell MLP has a positive influence on fans in some way or another. And you as well Sunshine Berry, I think if you interacted with the fictional character Fluttershy, she would be very proud of you, like that time when you told me you dealt with disputes with others more calmly and patiently, and discovered it was better for your emotional well being and theirs.

    Ooh chips, I like chips but unfortunately I have to watch my weight. I'd be obese if I kept eating those on an everyday basis. Chips do taste nice, though, my favourite of course being potato wedges with garlic. I was listening to music earlier, I made some progress in my current Pokemon Crystal playthrough on my GBA SP as well. Got Persian and Rapidash up to level 80, I want to build up my Golduck then it is off to Battle Tower. Hopefully all that grinding paid off, with some coins I spent on move tutor.

    That's a good point actually, I've heard it said many times and it is true that if the DAC doesn't have sufficient isolation and grounding, then electromagnetic interference would cause problems with it. This is why noisy environments like inside a PC can affect the quality of the output, which does affect the analog portion of a DAC. The whole point of going to an external DAC besides just the amplification. DACs can be separate units entirely from an amp I am aware, but many DAC products come with their own built in amplifier. HiFi enthusiasts tend to not want to rely on motherboard audio for that reason. It's not that it doesn't have enough amplification, motherboards can come with decent headphone amps built in which can drive headphones with at least moderate impedance and sensitivity levels, but unless they're well isolated from other components it kind of defeats the purpose.

    Yeah since your date of birth clearly shows you're an adult I never felt it was uncouth to share these links, some of the language used in this comedy series is harsh lol But yeah Angry Kid gets up to some chaotic antics I got to say. Like hacking a police radio, goodness he is such a troublemaker, impressive that he was able to tamper with their devices but still not a good thing to do, surprised he did not get nicked. :D

      Me too, I'm glad other Ponies in the show forgiven her because she did try to make amends for her time as Nightmare Moon. I'd offer her a hug if I could, Luna deserves to feel appreciated and cared for.

    Wonder if I should write in a part where my imaginary self carries my phobias into the fictional world of Equestria in my fanfic. There are things I am scared of, at the same time though, they feel, limiting. Like they would interfere with my ability to contribute. That may come off as selfish to come people, I know I am not the only one with phobias and insecurities, however I'd hate to be a burden. I'm not in my prime anymore either in the real world we live in, time robs us of our endurance, our looks, and our health.

    To me, MLP, especially Friendship is Magic, represents the more endearing personality traits people do share. Cooperation, forgiveness and learning to solve problems with empathy, not aggression. And there is no shame in being sensitive, that is a lesson I've seen shown with episodes where the other members accept Fluttershy for who she is, even if she is more shy than the rest of them are, at least they try to help her through her problems and even though Rainbow Dash can be the opposite of that, RD demonstrates her belief that no matter how cool she think she is, it's not worth losing a friend, I remember that Wonderbolt episode where RD was about to resign as a result of Lightning Dust's recklessness in needlessly making that tornado. RD likes her skills but not at the expense of the lives and safety of her friends.
