Coming from old manager’s experience.. how I’d handle this kind of “agree to disagree” situation, I will have self-control and tried to work towards mutual understanding. I hear you, but that doesn’t mean I will agree with you. And I don’t expect you to agree with me. That’s what mutual means. Meeting at the middle. If that person is rude about it or if it has become a one-sided thing..I’m just gonna give em a foot down. Stranger I will choose to ignore you and not waste my energy or time on you. “Have a nice f**k you”
