    For me, not really. The ways in which society thinks about our fandoms are similar, both fandoms get a decent amount of hate, but I would not consider especially Bronies and Furries to have a lot in common. In fact, quite every easily outcastable (bleh, I hate making new words. I just wanna say that both communities are easy to frown upon for haters) community could be looked at as on a community similar to Bronies of Furries.

    Death's but a new beginning, not to be feared, but to be accepted as necessary. Not that I look forward it, I love this life, it includes Larp, ponies, Monty Python, this amazing board and everything, but fearing the grim reaper is not a good idea.

    I usually play either Spy (just got a bad ass headgear combo - Magistrate mullet painted violet plus that spy-exclusive mask. Looks really good, I got back to YER just to make it more visible ) or Engineer (mini sentries and hidden teleports for the win !) and the only thing I dislike about the ponified versions of character is Dash as Scout Somehow the Scout keeps irritating me and I can't see my favorite pony in his place

      Yep, the society is a silly thing, I'm sometimes sad I'm part of it. But on the other hand, given how stubborn the society is, I feel like deviating from it is nothing else than good. It would probably be suicide here as well, but mlp isn't that known around here. If I came to school with a pink pony on my shirt, everyone would just get mad. But if I'll come with white shirt with a strange logo on it...

      Same here, the show isn't nearly as popular as in for example the USA, but some of the people who bother me all day are quite fanatic internet users, making the chance that they find out the meaning behind the shirt pretty high. I simply can't risk it :/

      I'll take my chances :D The risk (quite minimal here I think) is worth the chance of finding another brony... My friends are mostly inter-nerds too, but I hope that if they consider the show too girly at first glance, they won't pay attention to the ponies' flanks.

Although I am planning to keep dropping inconspicuous clues here and there, like uploading RD's cutie mark to my FB photos without comment and such, if I can convince myself to do it I will probably try to get a white shirt with RD cm on on chest and such little things... It's more that I want to find out whatever is there a brony amongst my friends / classmates than actually wanting to show it off.

    I.E. is short for Isn't Entertaining. I use Firefox - used to like Opera for a while, but got back to Fox after while. I don't like the layout and the way downloads are shown on chrome, so I only use chrome on computers that are not mine (because of that nice anonymous window... great for browsing ponies.).

    Anyone know the name of that Vinyl and Octavia comic where Vinyl rushes in house interupting Octavia's tea with her friend and then the friend asks Tavia how do they manage to live well together and Octavia starts recalling all the nice memories of Vinyl (e.g. Vinyl fighting to get her lunch money back) ? I would love to read that comic again but can't find it anywhere :/

    I do agree with this new idea, though I would like to get more detailed info on this one : What exactly counts as ? Because I have seen quite a few pictures in Cute pony pic thread that can be explained as suggestive, but not necessarily. For example, take this picture : Is this behind the border of acceptable or not ? And does shipping rated ,,teen" on shipfiction count as borderline NSFW ? There are sometimes suggestions as well. And as written above, the backseat modding could use a bit clearer explanation, too.
